Our services are designed for mental wellness, emotional support, and psychological guidance — not for medical emergencies.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to register or book a session. Minors may use our services only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Confidentiality
All personal and session-related information shared during therapy is kept strictly confidential. Information may be disclosed only:
When required by law or court order, or
If there is an imminent risk of harm to self or others.
5. Payment & Fees
Fees for sessions are clearly mentioned during booking.
Payment must be completed before the session begins.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds are not applicable for missed or last-minute cancellations.
In case of therapist unavailability, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
7. Online Sessions Disclaimer
For online therapy, ensure a stable internet connection and a private environment. Psychology Care is not responsible for technical disruptions or connectivity issues on the client’s end.
8. Emergency Disclaimer
Psychology Care Clinic is not an emergency service.
If you are in crisis or in danger, please contact your local emergency number or visit the nearest hospital.
9. Limitation of Liability
While our therapists are qualified professionals, results vary based on individual circumstances. Psychology Care Clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
